As a Shaner hotel, we foster an environment of teamwork by encouraging each associate to do their part to fulfill their "role" as part of the bigger picture of contributing to the guest, the company and the community.

We will mentor and empower associates to anticipate the needs of a customer (internal or external) and then address those needs quickly and confidently.
